We want you to be confident before you buy, which is why check-only mode is free and we offer a free personalised demo on your own documents.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email contact@clausetenconsulting.com within 14 days of buying a licence and we will refund you in full. We will deactivate the licence when we issue the refund.

After 14 days

Refunds are not normally given after 14 days. If the software does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, we will refund you for the unused part of your licence period.

Consultancy and audit attendance

Consultancy retainers and audit attendance are covered by the terms in your proposal or engagement letter. If you need to cancel a booked audit day, tell us at least 5 working days before; later cancellations may be charged.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, normally within 5–10 working days.

Consumers buying for personal use also have the statutory rights set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations; nothing in this policy affects those rights.
